Dear NPBA Member,
Once again we are planning a great Welcome Day to showcase our members.  To help make this great event even better we’ve instituted several changes this year.  Welcome Day is now a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. 

Price per space $75.00 Discounted Rate if pruchased by TBA!
Price per space $95.00 Regular price - Final Deadline to sign up: TBA
Food Vendor- Food Court Only-Spaces Limited  $150

Since we are now on Sycamore Street, members will be allowed to sell merchandise at the their tables for an additional charge of $150.

We would like to recommend bringing your own 10 x 10 tent. We also encourage you to have a kids game in your space or sponsor an event activity, I.e.: pony rides, inflatable. Please note: 10x 10 tents and games are available for rental from Newtown Rental (215) 860-0819 (NBPA Member).

Corporate Sponsors are automatically enrolled at the Good Neighbor Level. Please fill out the reservation form so that we know that you will exhibiting.

Sponsor 2012 Welcome Day

The following information gives an oveview of previous year's sponorship levels. Exact terms have not been decided for 2012

Good Neighbor Level: $500

• Purchase sponsorship by 2/5/12 and your logo will be included with Welcome Day info in the Newtown Community Guide and Business Directory published in March 2012
• Company logo displayed on NBA website’s Welcome Day Event page with link to your site.
• NBA will provide color coded balloons for your booth to stand out from all others.
• NBA will drive additional traffic to your booth by utilizing and promoting a special Welcome Day Prize card which you will stamp and enable visitors to your booth to win a special high value prizes.
• Company logo on all event promotions including advertising, poster, flyers and the “Welcome Day Guide” published in an issue of “The Advance of Newtown” & distributed at event.
• Company banner displayed + your logo on the sponsor board displayed at event V
• Verbal recognition at the opening ceremony and during entertainment performances
• Promotional item or print material in 1500 gives away bags distributed to attendees* 
• A 10’ x 10’ space with table and two chairs at Welcome Day event valued at 65.00 to $85.00

Silver Level - $250

• Purchase sponsorship by 2/5/12 and your company name will be included with Welcome Day info in the Newtown Community Guide and Business Directory published in March 2012
• Company name listed on NBA website’s Welcome Day Event page with link to your site.
• Company name (not logo) on all event promotions including advertising, poster, flyers and the “Welcome Day Guide” published in an issue of “The Advance of Newtown” & distributed at event
• Company name listed on the sponsor banner board displayed at event
• 10’ x 10’ space with table and two chairs at the Welcome Day event valued at 65.00 to $85.00
