Dear NPBA Member,
Once again we are planning a great Welcome Day to showcase our members.  To help make this great event even better we’ve instituted several changes this year.  Welcome Day is now a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. 

We would like to recommend bringing your own 10 x 10 tent. We also encourage you to have a kids game in your space or sponsor an event activity, I.e.: pony rides, inflatable. Please note: 10x 10 tents and games are available for rental from Newtown Rental (215) 860-0819 (NBPA Member).

Sponsor 2010 Welcome Day
Sponsorship & Space Reservation for 2010 is closed

Many businesses need to plan their 2010 marketing budgets at the beginning of the year or even earlier. To assist in that effort we are offering you the ability to purchase 2010 event sponsorships now rather than a few weeks before the event. This flexibility allows you to purchase sponsorships anytime that works for you and provides you with exciting NEW exposure by purchasing early! Partnership Sponsors are automatically enrolled at the Good Neighbor level. Good Neighbor Level: $500

  •  “The Welcome Day Prize Card” – NBPA provides bright color balloons exclusively to these sponsor’s booths so your booth stands out from all rest.  NPBA will drive additional traffic to your booth by utilizing and promoting a special Welcome Day Prize card which will get stamped at this sponsorship level booths only. With the “The Welcome Day Prize Card”, participants are eligible to win the NBPA - provided Grand Prize, a Apple IPAD  Visitors must complete these Prize Cards at your booth according to NBPA-determined entry rules and drop these stamped cards in collection boxes in order to be eligible for these special prizes.         
  • You will receive a spreadsheet of all the contact information collected from passports entries.  (est. 200+) (Name, phone number, address, email, number of children, adults and seniors living at residence. )
  • Your company Logo on all printed advertising & promotional materials including posters, flyers, newspaper’s, and the “Welcome Day Guide” (est. 10,000 printed) of “The Advance of Newtown” & also distributed at the event.
  • Your Company Logo shown on the Welcome Day information page on the NBPA website.
  • Welcome Day display boards display your company Logo during the event.
  • Your company banner will be hung at a prominent location on State Street during the event.
  • Verbal recognition at the opening ceremony and during entertainment performances.
  • One of your promotional flyers or brochure distributed in 1500 Welcome Day Bags (requires your participation at the bag stuffing event  held Friday June 11thth  8-11am – Location TBA) 
  • A 10’ x 10’ space with table and two chairs at Welcome Day event.

Benefactor Level - $250

  • Your company name on all printed advertising & promotional materials including posters, flyers, newspaper’s, and the “Welcome Day Guide” (est. 10,000 printed)  of “The Advance of Newtown” & also distributed at the event.
  • Welcome Day display boards display your company name during the event.
