Once again we are putting together a great collection of talented artists of various mediums to present to the thousands of Welcome Day visitors. We are happy to offer you the opportunity to register for the 2012 Welcome Day Arts Festival. Your completed response must be received by TBA. Only responses received by the Artists Committee will be considered. Your artwork (submitted in proper jpeg or PDF format), description of your art form and name will be included in the Newtown Advance along with the Welcome Day highlight program created solely for the event. We look forward to working with you!

--- Date and Time: TBA - Sycamore Street! (1 block parallel to State St)
--- THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
--- Application fee is non-refundable for no-shows or inclement weather.
--- 10 foot space in width & 10 foot in depth will be reserved for each artist.
--- Your space location will be solely determined by the coordinators.
--- Artist must provide all display needs.
--- Artist is responsible for all of their own artwork and liability insurance.
--- All artists MUST remain at their assigned location for the entire event - NO EXCEPTIONS
--- All information (paperwork, payment & artwork image) must be received as noted no later than TBA.
--- All exhibits must be the original work of the artist.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
--- $65 per space if payment postmarked by TBA.
--- $90 per space if payment postmarked after TBA or until event sells out.

SUBMISSION MATERIALS:
All applications, payments and jpegs MUST be received by TBA
