By signing below, I agree to hold harmless the Newtown Business & Professional Association (NBPA) and its members as to any damage or theft to my property (i.e. art, food, and/or display materials) during the following NBPA event (Welcome Day 2009) held on May 14, 2010. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the NBPA and its members as to any and all claims that may arise as a result of my business/ participation in said event.
